What happens after clicking 'Get a quote' ?
You’ll be asked to fill out form and answer a few questions. You don’t need to answer all of them, just those that are relevant to your case. However, the more details you will give us, the faster and better we can begin making your website shining like a diamond.
At the very least, we’ll need your contact details and url of the website(s) in question.
It takes from 1 to 3 minutes if you know what you’re after.
What happens after the form is send ?
We’ll get to you ASAP (max 12hrs) with our quick estimate and a link to the “start work’ payment (for audit & report) and detailed agreement. Once you agree and follow, we gather credentials and start auditing your website(s) – in 24-48hrs you should expect a detailed analysis of your website(s), along with ‘to do’ tasks list and cost breakdown.
We usually prepare a few options, so you can choose the best for the moment and most suitable for your business.
Is the audit free ?
The short answer is – no. Most of the free audits offered online are very basic, performed by an automated tool (yes, can be done in seconds) and never too thorough nor multi-caveted/aspects. They are also open for anyone to do by themselves and moslty check speed, performance, some broken links and maybe a little SEO state – none of them gives insightfull answers or suggestions, apart from the ones like “your website needs attention’, ‘you need to work on your core vitals’ etc.
We have the tools, but our audit is mostly human made – there’s an expert, who reads your requirements and goes through your website(s) in depth, giving you researched, tested and tailored solutions – this sole audit is already worth your money spend !
What credentials do you require ?
At the beginning we require:
- ADMIN LOGIN to your WordPress (or other) website: we’ll ask you to create a new admin login for us (and guide you through it if needed)
- domain and hosting login
- access to any paid/pro plugins or themes
Access to website’s frontend and backend is crucial, rest can be requested when and/or if needed. In case you have an absolute no idea how to create a new admin (or it’s not possible), we’ll collect passwords through third party, secured platform like vault. We’ll never ask for nor collect sensitive data over email.
What could this 'Dedicated Admin' cover ?
Dedicated admin plan is like hiring an expert to take care of the whole picture of your website and cater to all 5 major areas: maintenance, security, SEO, design tweaks, content edits and changes ect.
It’s like hiring a slashie – web designer/developer/marketer/creative/SEO expert to be at your service and holisticly pupmer your online presence.
The main goal of this service though is not to lock you in expensive contract and recurring monthly cost with no end, but to give us time to get to know your processes, daily tasks etc and automate it, leaving humans labor only with the necessary tasks (mostly the ones that require contextual thinking and creation).
